The fastest way: paste one line
Most agents can set themselves up. Paste this line into your agent:- Meta Muse needs one more sentence, saying sign-in needs no client ID or secret. The full line is on its page.
- Claude Desktop can’t add a connector from a chat. Its page has the steps for its settings instead.
How each agent connects
What you need first
- An Agent Vault account, with a card if your agent will check out. New here? The Quickstart sets one up in about 5 minutes.
- The server address, if you add the server by hand:
After you connect
A new connection starts with nothing granted. After you sign in:- Ask your agent to call
get_token_catalog. That first call creates the connection on Connected apps. It is refused until you choose access. - Under Vault, click Connected apps, then Choose access on the new row.
- Choose which cards and saved logins the agent may use, then click Save access.
